OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
COVID-19 WEB ORDER DELIVERY UPDATE 7/5/20
We can't wait to ship your orders to you but due to the Covid-19 safety restrictions we are currently despatching orders once a week so please allow 5-7 working days for the safe delivery of your order.
All FREE DELIVERY orders are currently sent via Royal Mail Tracked Second Class.

We use DPD, ParcelForce and Royal Mail for our delivery and usually takes between 2 - 3 business working days from receipt of your order. We currently delivery to mainland UK only.
Delivery is £4.50 for orders under £100
We offer FREE delivery for orders above £100
Delivery charges will be worked out once you reach checkout.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect.
We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by calling us.

Goods need to be returned in their original packaging at your own cost within 28 days of purchase.
If arranging your own postage we advise you use a tracked service and retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Our system processes your refund instantly and you will receive an email notification - please allow 5-10 days for your bank to show the returned funds.
We take the greatest care to carefully and securely package items we ship to customers. However, if you receive faulty or damaged goods you can request a refund or replacement.
