OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR CURRENT DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Due to the current National lockdown, we are restricting our time at the store and will despatch orders once a week via Royal Mail or DPD. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

 If you would like to arrange a Click and Collect, please pre-arrange via email. Thank you for your understanding, please stay safe and well and we look forward to seeing you back at our beautiful store in the Spring.

We use DPD, ParcelForce and Royal Mail for our delivery and usually takes between 2 - 3 business working days from receipt of your order. We currently delivery to mainland UK only.

 

Delivery is £4.50 for orders under £50

We offer FREE delivery for orders £50 and above

Delivery charges will be worked out once you reach checkout.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect.

We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by calling us.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return.

Goods need to be returned in their original packaging at your own cost within 28 days of purchase.

If arranging your own postage we advise you use a tracked service and retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Our system processes your refund instantly and you will receive an email notification - please allow 5-10 days for your bank to show the returned funds.

FAULTY ITEMS

We take the greatest care to carefully and securely package items we ship to customers. However, if you receive faulty or damaged goods you can request a refund or replacement. 

Please Email hello@joyfulliving.co.uk to advise the fault or damage with 7 days of receiving your order attaching a photograph of the fault or damage

 

No liability will be accepted after 7 days.
